Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Here is my bike (for now) I am not sure if I am going to keep this frame but here it is. I have a post about this frame and what is going on with it if you want to look there.

It took me 11mo of searching but I finally found a 60cm CAAD5 track to replace my crashed Capo:

The downside? I found it two weeks after breaking my foot, so I haven't been able to ride it yet. At least recovering from said broken foot has given me the time to take a proper shot.

FNG here, picked up this a few weeks ago and enjoying it thoroughly, waiting for new saddle to arrive in the mean time.

a slammed neg 10 deg would look SO much better.

But this is one of the best bikes I've seen in a long time. Great build.

Thanks for the kind words guys! TBH I feel the -17 stem better matches the frame's horizontal top tube and shape of the EvoCurve bars, even with 30mm of spacers. If I had a spare fork I might consider chopping the steerer and slamming the stem but only if I could replicate the same fit.

My first FG and most definitely not my last.

I've even stopped buying alcohol to save money for my next build

Too much dedication. I was just haggling some guy on ebay for $4 off a chainring, but happily paid $25 for a 12 pack of the new beer camp last night.
