I’m planning a build with a Bafang bbs02 mid drive motor. I’m purchasing the kit from Lunacycle, who I’ve done business with before, but they currently aren’t selling batteries so I’ll need to source that elsewhere. It’s my first time assembling a mid drive build so I’m not sure exactly what battery I want, but something of decent quality (i.e. not Ali-express, etc.). Just wondering if people have any advice on particular vendors or companies they’ve dealt with before.

I recommend getting a 52volt a “smart charger” as well. For my BBS02 I went with a 19.2 amp 52volt battery for a tandem bike.
