Soft spots?

Hey guys, do your carbon wheels have "soft spots'? For example, there are a few spots that I can press with finger and it will cave in. (shown in video)

Is it a defect or designed that way? The top tube on my Edmonda SLR has a soft spot.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer and not ask anonymous people on the interwebs.
