I bought a 2019 Soma Saga Disc frame and built it up as a touring bike in the last few months. The frame is extremely solid. It accepts 55mm (Compass) tires. With these, the ride is plush. There are a lot of other options, but I think that one would have no problem supporting you.

I like my custom steel frame better, but this one is pretty nice, and isn't as fragile.

I think I have a build thread somewhere in the touring section.
