1981.5 Trek 510 / 19" / Full Ishiwata 022 - value?
I live in Trekland, but I don't see too many Trek frames with full Ishiwata 022 DB. This is one of 'em.
Serial number indicates 1982, but the 1981.5 catalog includes the 510 model, whereas the '82 catalog doesn't list it separately.
So it's a 19-1/2" frame with a parts mix: Super Custom crank, Mountech RD, C-Star front brake/Dia-Compe rear brake with Mafac levers, a forged (Nitto?) stem, pista-shaped handlebars, and Campy hubs on unmarked rims.
Bike didn't come with a front derailleur (or cable), so I added an age-appropriate one from my parts bin.
In ready to rebuild condition. What would you ask?

I would not sell as is because it is a project. Most buyers want bikes ready to ride. A bike in as found condition will likely go as a project, at a steep discount.
You decide but I see rusty chain and cables, rust on brake calipers, etc. RD needs some love too. I routinely buy projects but the price would need to be low. Hopefully, you have better project buyers in your area.
Over the last year, I have seen a BIG drop in value on DT shifter bikes. Others giving values here either haven't seen such a drop, or are using old information. I do not know what it is.
Are handlebars steel? Kind of look like it. Given the market in my area, if someone gave me that bike, I would have to scramble to cover my expenses. Prices on consumables like tires and chains are up significantly from a few years ago.

I'd let go that as-is $150. That's a good price for one that want a rebuilder or retro. I would oil the chain just so it doesn't look crusty, and let the perspective decide the rest.

It's a really nice project for the right buyer. Although I DT shifter bikes have dropped in price on my local market, vintage Treks still have a following. I've sold 2 frames at decent prices. I'd price this at $150 but let it go at $100.
