Opinions on value of this 59 cm RB 1 frameset

I'm seeking opinions on the value of this RB 1 frameset. I believe it's 1993, 59 cm and popular yellow livery. I have tried to provide representative photos showing the condition. I believe the paint is 85%+ intact. It cleaned up very well (I can do more cleaning). Decals are equally intact. The bike was most recently setup as a single speed and I removed as much of that as my expertise and tools allowed. It has a Bianchi stem and a Shimano bottom bracket cassette I believe. The bottom bracket seems quite smooth in operation.
I would prefer to sell it locally, but do have an Ebay account if necessary.. I am not a fan of packing and shipping. Thanks

Nice frameset in a good size. I’ll throw $150-$175 as a local sale out there to see what others have to say. It does have some unfortunate paint chips that detract from top dollar. Full RB1 bikes are often listed for $600+ but I’m skeptical many of them actually transact at that.

I also don’t think the stem adds any value. And I’ve never understood selling a bottom bracket with a frame so no real value in that either.

This is one of the better RB1s with the biplane fork. I'd value it at $200-$250; the paint chips aren't terrible but they do knock the price down. Neither the stem nor the bottom bracket add much if any value. You can leave the BB in but I'd remove that stem as it does not look right on that bike. The original stem that came on this bike is sort of cool and might add value.

This is a poor market which is influencing the valuations but quality bikes are still moving. In my experience, there is a high level of demand for Bridgestones. Some of the prices I've seen for B'stones are crazy. That said, the OP should price this high, IMO. This bike will sell at a premium.

I am going to agree on the $200. I would place a local add at $300 with a line like, this frame needs to go to the right person...
