Thanks to St Patrick's day, Fry's is selling Guinness Extra Stout for $6.99 a 6 pack. So, guess what I'm drinking (too much) of?

I can start good threads when I'm drunk. Started off with some yuengling and ended up drinking straight whisky.

Yo.. Not actually a huge drinker I sure do enjoy a couple beers with pizza or mexican... or italian...... and I eat that every night of the week ha ha

I am drinking https://www.troegs.com/ Troeg's double bock 8.25%. Not actually really enjoying it that much. Too sweet for me. I tried it because I liked their nugget nectar.

i am thinking about the Rock Art Vermonster though.

And I've got a Victory "V12" im saving for maybe tomorrow night... Making pizza dough right now for tomorrow night's enjoyment with organic high gluten flour from Utah's Central milling.....

Anyone who has access to any of Kona's brews should try out Kona pipeline porter.

Ommegang's stuff is good too. Abbey ale is delicious. I need to try 3 phils soon.

touché.

one glass of 3 phils, and i'm basically buzzed for a good hour. Ommegang is good stuff, they are brewed under the supervision of Duvel, and they even sponsor cyclocross races. just picked up these today. i can't believe i'm turning into a beer snob (as well as an espresso snob)

Kona Pipeline Porter is awesome, especially on tap. I'm not a big fan of 3 Philsophers though, too syrupy.

Hennepin is interesting. Its like Weihenstephaner Witte (the beer Hoegaarden wishes it was), but lighter and bubblier.

I drink too much beer.

I've never had 3 phils, it's next on my good beer to try list.

I have 2 cases of yuengling in the closet. Gotta keep it hidden for a couple more weeks.

My rule of thumb- if its too dark to see through, its going to be tasty.

Guinness (+ Extra Stout)
Kona Pipeline Porter
Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout
Fourpeaks Oatmeal Stout
Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout

Yummmm. Its a good thing good beer is expensive, or I'd be an alcoholic.

I few Blue Chimays and some Solstice Pinot Noir has me feeling nice. Had a incredible dinner at Daniel's in NYC. Best meal I have ever had, although way overpriced.

I drank all my good beer (Lost Coast Great White), so my brother in law left 20 coors light cans in the fridge the last time he was here. Yeah, I'll drink it. I grew up in KS, so I can force it down.

Its become impossible to find here anymore...but any time I go out of town I look for it. I was in Asheville last week and a pub had it on tap. Yum. If you like stout, you'll love this...

Yeah, I just started getting into the Belgian's this year. Seems like a must during cross season. Also, discovered this great little bar in Asheville called the Thirsty Monk. 14 Belgian style beers on tap in the basement.
