Thanks for posting this! It was a pleasure to be able to join in and finally accomplish the round-Manhattan ride that I'd tried but failed to do on my own four years back.

Never could have gotten across those road gaps on the upper east without the inertia of group, so huge thanks for your patience and that of other leaders and sweeps!

Chris, I'm glad you joined us and it was great to meet you in person. Hope to see you again soon.

We have another ride on October 5th that covers the Hudson Greenways on both the NY and NJ side: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/east-co...ts-59369781615, and I'm also involved with the Bronx River Alliance's Boogie up the Bronx River on the 6th: https://www.facebook.com/events/391101101539286. C'mon out!

Think I will probably sit out the hills of the Hudson loop, but might do the Boogie up the Bronx. I'm familiar with the upper part of that route by exploring the path beside and beyond the parkway during Bike Sundays, it's the Soundview to Bronxville part that is unfamiliar.

One thing that's nice about riding in areas with great cycle-compatible public transit is that one has lots of choices.

About halfway, at the Grecian Temple on the Hudson Greenway.
