where to buy middleburn cranks?

anyone know of an internet retailer that sells Middleburn Cranks in the USA? i've had a hard time with US distributors....

I just picked some up at https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ . The shipping to the US was very reasonable and they arrived in about a week. I've had US delivered parts take longer. Plus, no VAT.
