Dura Ace Wheelset Wh 9000 plastic coating is peeling.

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The separation of the plastic coating on the carbon rim looks nasty. Is it possible to peel it off? Paint it? Sharpie? Or should I leave it alone? I don’t notice the way it looks when I am riding.

That plastic coating is a thin layer of carbon fiber. I have the same issue on my c24’s after about 5 years of riding them.

If you have the deep rims with the 21h rear and it's toast, I'll give you good money for that rear hub.

No, the c24 is one depth hence the “24”. Just use google otherwise you’re not contributing to this thread meaningfully.
