Looking for D/FW RecreationL Rides

Are there any “recreational bike rides” in the D/FW area? Pub crawls, ride to breakfast, ride to common park or theme? We live in Frisco at Eldorado between Custer and Independence and rode to breakfast at Starwood in Adriatica in McKinney. It was about 6.25 miles each way with a nice breakfast in-between. We had discussed riding all the way to downtown McKinney, but I know that the elevation changes are greater there. Katy Trail and end up at the Ice House? Rides like that? These would not be 20+ mph, but more relaxed 10-12-14 mph and maybe avoid some of the 50+ mph roads as well.

Look at Meetup.com. There is a Dallas group that does these.
