Mystery Spanish Frame. HELP!

I've been trying to identify an old Spanish frame most likely from late 80's - 90's. I'll spare the details of how I know it's from Spain but that's the most solid information I have so far.

The frame itself looks like it's sort of a mix between a Vitus 980 and Columbus SLX. The seatpost tube is designed for a quill. However, the break lines run through the tube. I have yet to find a bike that has both of those characteristics. Does anyone know a bike with both of those features?

If it had a regular clamp for the seat I would say it looks exactly like a Razesa. The fork is stamped with Vipch. I don't believe this is a Vipch bike though. I can't even say if these are the original forks. The stickers say Marotias but I'm pretty sure this is not a Marotias. If it is a Marotias it's a later son model probably made by Razesa.

I heard Bike Forums was the place to go. You are my my last hope.

there will be more hope with pictures, since you ordinarily need to have 10 posts before you can upload pictures, maybe one of the folks here who know how to view and copy a posters "library" or whatever it's called can copy a pic or two. I don't know how. If that doesn't happen just make 9 more posts and you can do it yourself. There are people here who know something about Spanish bikes who will be happy to help with identifying..

a link to a photo sharing site like Imgur or such? Post the link: if you have to disguise the "http" to make it "legal" we can figure that out.

I agree! I’m not sure if someone lost the grub screw and replaced it with that bolt or if they drilled the thing out themselves.

There was no quill seatpost in there when I got it.

Update:

I found two spots where the old stickers were. Its barely noticeable but I can make some of it out. Impossible to see in a picture so I won’t bother uploading.

Back left top tube near the seat says ANTONIO.

The front right of the top tube I can’t make out all the letters but the end of it appears to say PUENTE. Whatever comes before i can’t see.

Fuentes and Fuente

Hello to everybody from Germany!
Searching for information about VIPCH I ran into your search. I guess, the frame is made by Antonio Fuentes, who seems to have had a small bike production in Spain. There is hardly any information available, but I found this (lagaleria-retrobici.blogspot.com/2010/12/marcas-espanolas.html - pictures 8 and 9) in the internet. Maybe this is what you are looking for.
There also seems to be a model "Fuente" made by ORBEA, referring to José Manuel Fuente (el Tarangu), a famous spanish ciclist in the 70s: (milanuncios.com/bicicletas-carretera-de-segunda-mano/bicicleta-carreras-orbea-fuente-351432550.htm and es.wallapop.com/item/bicicleta-orbea-496001207 ).
Unfortunately, none of the pictures meets the design of your frame, buy maybe the shape of the decals matches.
