I don't know if this is the exact bike » Adventurer Series | Freedom Concepts

but this company I am pretty sure is based in Canada

Freedom Concepts Inc.
2087 Plessis Road,
Winnipeg, Manitoba – R3W 1S4

Call Toll Free: 1-800-661-9915
Email: Mobility@freedomconcepts.com
Direct: 1-204-654-1074
Fax: 1-204-654-1149

I rehabbed one once for bike charity....seem to be well made and thought out overall.

I can't see prices, but based on this Freedom Concepts | Adaptivemall.com I think they are in the range of CDN$ 4000 to 5000
