Yeah, I just wasn't sure if the seller was expecting to keep all of their asking price (and you'd essentially be paying additional to the realtor) or if the seller had agreed to the realtor taking a cut. FSBO people are weird sometimes.

The falls themselves are about 215 feet, and the rim trail takes you way above THAT. Spectacular!

Are these falls far away from the university? We stay at hotel ithaca, so the falls we went to today were about 1.5 mile walk.

8 miles north on Rt 89. There is - or was - a restaurant nearby. I can't vouch for it, since I left Ithaca in 1982. All the restaurants I knew are gone!
