G'Day all,
Recently retired, early 60s guy, recently got my 1st ever bike and enjoying riding. Strictly a lycra free zone guy just enjoying 20-25Kms runs daily around local cycle paths along the river and through parks on my hybrid/commuter style bike. Just hoping to keep my body active in retirement.
