Seems like there are a few of us who will have these 300 miles tackled in no time! Keep up the good work guys.
another thing. I don't have a computer, but I pre-plan my route the night before on google maps. Can anyone attest to the accuracy of google maps? I would love for someone to map their ride and compare it to their bike computer. I'm certain it would be within a tenth of a mile on each trip, hopefully.

I use a bike computer as well as the endomondo blackberry app to track my rides and I find that they agree very well with one another at least within a tenth of a mile. I also used to pre-plan my rides using ridewithgps.com (before I had a blackberry with gps) which uses google map data and it also agrees very well with the bike computer.
As a side note, I really like ridewithgps.com as it is a good place to create and save unlimited maps as well as track all of my rides - if they had a free blackberry app that I could upload data directly to that site I would use it over endomondo.

I round down every time figuring if I'm close to the next mile my next ride will be able to take advantage of it since I only use my odometer not the trip distance. Not sure if I'm going to be able to make 300 (my goal at the start of the month was only 250), but might as well try for it.

Been a while since I stopped by the Clydes forum. Sadly not due to any major move towards clyde emeritus status. Like the idea of this thread, esp. since I get a lot of miles in from commuting. To date for June: 92.5 miles for me.
Plans for a longer ride this weekend, too. Hoping for close to 50 miles on Saturday AM.

I'm in. Would have had over 200 last month but had a wreck - ouch! - and couldn't ride for a week. Ended up at 185...
It's June 8 and I'm at 75 after today's brief 6 mile ride. 225 to go!
