Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Let's see the latest in school cyclewear. This is the 2005/2006 team jersey for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. I had to buy it directly from the cycling club, for $90 no less. On a plus note, the money does support the club. How's that for team spirit?

The flatlanders of Lubbock are not big on climbing, but they sure know how to handle a headwind.

Well get your guns up!

Wonder if they come in a club fit, for me. I have been looking for one of these in the catalogues for a couple of years now. Any contact info you could pass along?

You didn't go through the cycling team? Usually when you buy from other sources the team doesn't get anything.

had no idea OSU had a cycling team, guess the existence of a jersey should've told me that... but I didn't start cycling until last year, but I graduated 3 years ago. haven't found any info on an Okstate cycling team online yet... only a club, of which I'm not a member.

Hey Jakey,
That video is too funny...did the guy win or did he celebrate too early and get caught by the guy coming up behind him?

Ravenmore, here is a link to the UT Cycling Club Store. They appear to have them in stock. Think of the money you will save by not going to the Bicycle Sport Shop. I went in there the other day to buy a presta adaptor and ended up spending about $50. 99 cents for the adaptor and $49 for stuff I didn't know I needed.

Careful that you do not ride into any walls while wearing that jersey. Gig Em Aggies!!!! BTW, do not have an TAMU cycling jersey, but will get one as soon as they have a decent looking design.
