Trek 7.1 FX

Just wondering if any of you knew the weight of the 7.1 FX, and maybe even the weight of the stock wheel set.

Why, does it really matter? It's not a competitive bike. Andy.

I don't know the weight, but for what it's worth I bought the step-through version for my wife. She is a VERY casual rider. She loves it. I took it for a couple pf short spins and I thought it rode very well and was well constructed.
