If so, I have at least a couple of as new 65s for 126mm OLN hubs. Happy to send one for the cost of postage from New Zealand if you can't source one for less, looks like USD20-30.
Equally I'm after a front/100mm OLN and 130mm OLN rear skewer axle and could swap 2x 126mm versions.

@nlerner,
I have this 600 in 32* measures at 128mm over-nut size. It could be sent with or without the hoop, and 600 front should not be hard to find. I am not so sure that my co-op will be open this week (cold weather etc.) but I am look to see if I can find it's mate. Lemme know, Smiles, MH
It was going to go on LaMaddona del Ghisallo's site any way so not going to stay here.

Yes. That would work for the lower priority crankset. I have seen there are a few on eBay, but wanted to see if I could help someone here dispose of something they might consider useless from their stash first.

Suntour shifter clamp band
ISO the band that clamps a Suntour power shifter to the handlebars - anyone have a broken / rusty one knocking around the parts bin that I could steal this part from? I'll get pics to add tomorrow.

Heres a cheap one that’s 126 for a triple but I know you are looking for 118?

Looking for a Sugino Mighty Tour crankset. I think they came in 171 -- that size or longer is what I want. If you have a set without rings that's fine, too. Shoot me a pm. Thanks!

I found a pair of orphans here today in my desk drawer. I bought them thinking they might work for a NR rebuild but alas they were too large diameter. 4mm to the outer side of the teeth, 3.7mm to the valleys of the teeth. Sealed bearing with three size adaptors for retaining bolts. They are looking for a new home. As usual, PM me. Smiles, MH

It's kind of a long shot, but thought will give it a try. And I'm trying elsewhere as well.
I'm working on a Motobecane C5 Columbus SL frame, The problem is that the seat tube is damaged near the top, so I will be sending it to a frame builder for repairs when I'm done stripping the paint and de-rusting the tubes. Before someone asks, there was no way to preserve the paint as is, there was simply too much rust to deal with. I had to strip the paint to assess if the frame is even viable for repairs and it seems despite dozens of bigger and smaller rust spots with some pitting, it should be fine to proceed with further work.
The option I was given by several frame builders I asked for an opinion was replacing the seat tube. Which would be a fairly straightforward thing for a frame builder, but the frame is French. Meaning: metric. Meaning: not neccessarily easy to find. So I'm looking for a metric seat tube. Or a seat tube and whatever comes attached to it (preferably not much). The current one is Columbus SL and it's about 57.5 cm long. So I'd imagine it would be great if the replacement one was a bit longer (60cm + ?) to allow for some wriggle room for precise cuts and fitting it into the BB shell and top lug. Would be fantastic to find Columbus SL one, but honestly, I'd be happy with anything, be it Reynolds 531, Vitus 172 or Vitus 888. Though I'm aware these are slightly different materials, I'm also hoping the frame builder will know how to work with those.
My question is not as much " do you have a spare 28mm diameter tube you could get rid of" as: do you know where I could source one? For now my idea is to regularly check the auction website looking for a damaged 70's French bikes which could be a viable donor for this transplant, but damaged bikes don't tend to show up there very often.

Isis and Octalink are two different systems, and not interchangeable. Wasn't sure if that's been made clear.

OK - here's what I found as I was fiddling around.
Once upon a time I had a bike set up with an ISIS double crank mounted to an ISIS bottom bracket. The bottom bracket failed after minimal miles (the sealed bearing shifter internally, and it still turns, but it definitely is not centered}. Since then I received a Shimano triple that I'm presuming is Octalink. As an experiment, I screwed the left crankarm to the loose ISIS BB. It attached without issue.
Yesterday, I received an Octalink BB (for a triple) which I purchased from one of jdawg's suggested eBay links. I put it in the frame and attached the Shimano triple without issue.
I'm still on the lookout for a BB that will mate to that original ISIS double crankset. At this point, I am not even sure if I have the crankarm bolts for it, so I can't test out compatibility with the Octalink BB that I just purchased. Perhaps I stumbled across certain combination of parts that seemed to be compatible. So at this point. I'm likely only going to consider an ISIS double BB, but frankly, I am where I was really needing to be parts-wise with that triple ring on the touring bike I am building up to pass along in spring.
Thanks to all for the suggestions and education.
