Sub 1200g or 1300g fixie wheelset or custom wheelset

I am searching for very light wheels to use on my hill climb bike! But I can't seem to find any prebuilt wheelset that weight under 1500g or any rims and spokes combo (laced to mack hubs), so if you could help, I'm all for it!

Find a good builder and start talking with them and they can build you whatever you want and if you have the budget you can get really lightweight.

If you need a few suggestions:
Bill Mould Wheels
Peter White
Sugar WheelWorks

These folks also make some great rims and also are related to Rolf Prima and are now owned by White Industries but I have a set of wheels coming from them:
Astral Rims

Not surprised, fixie is usually associated with city messengers who care more for strength or track who care more for aero and at the higher end don't use spoked wheels.
Custom will be the way to go. Light Bicycle can take your hubs and build them into a 40ish mm deep rim that should weigh about 350-375g each using a range of spokes. At roughly 425g for the hubset, 700-750 for the rims, you should be able to use something like a pillar wing 21 and alloy nipples and stay under 100-150g under your desired weight.

wabi lightweight are 1475 grams so under the 1500, but not so close to 12 or 1300.
