I had the same model I bought as new in 1992, gave it to a nephew last year. If it had been a better fit, I would still have it. These bikes have a really nice ride, and this one looks to be in fine shape at a nice price. I had to fudge the fit, but I very much enjoyed riding this bike.
There is not a lot of info to be found, but it seems the tubing is Colombus Aelle.

^ Correct the blue ones were Aelle.

The red ones were SL. The one I had was a nicely built bike.

Didn't realize they made them as late as 92. I have an 84 and it's a nice ride.

The bike was new, but had been sitting in the shop for quite while. I cannot remember, but I think it was from ‘88-89 model.

That’s a sweet deal. I’m tapped out and not looking for another project. You see, I’m trying to talk myself out of this. I like the color and graphics package. Heck, I’d pay $20 just for that nice pearl Benotto tape. GLWS.

generally correct, but depending on the year (and you'd have to start with a correct seat post measuring, too) a Blue frame might also be Zeta tubing, and a Red frame could also be SLX.
As for this: if it has a 26.8 post, I'd say yes, that's Aelle

Now that's interesting! If the seatpost is correct and that seat tube was not reamed out you might have an SL frame that got (untypically) painted blue instead of red!
I have to say the details look a lot more (higher quality) than I'd expect an Aelle or Zeta frame to include.
Here's a quote from T-Mar about the typical seat posts for SL (SP) and Zeta:

"...typically 27.2mm for SL and 26.6mm for Zeta. Now, some manufacturers did ream out the seat tubes so they have to stock less sizes of posts and it's a fairly common practice on SP tubesets (which is 01mm thicker than SL) but I have never heard of this being done on Zeta."
He and others have also said that Aelle was typically a 26.8 since that seat tube was plain gauge with 0.8 wall thickness and Zeta was 0.9 (SL was 0.6 in the unbutted top section of the seat tube and SP was 0.7)

Concur, and generally the distinguishing case. However the example here also has the Aelle tubed frame with its different seat stay lug (window) and then stays ends brazed lower height than the SL frames. Also, the forks on the SL framed had the crown with cutout at the fork blade area, whereas the Aelle framed fork does not. Ochsner was a clever marketer. The reamed for 27.2 diam post is a definite. As a distributor, inventory excess stock on a size could be used up for these frame builds.
These were Swiss manufactured by Royal. The euro market Royal top model were blue, red or silver using Columbus SL.
