What Year Is My GT Performer w/Weird Colors?

I found 2 GT Performers at a yard sale & bought them both for $200. One is a 1996 that I was able to verify by the serial number because the 3rd & 4th digits were 96 (the first 2 were letters but I don't remember them off the top of my head). The other - the one shown here - is suppose to be a 1994, but the serial number starts with YC4H?
Is the 4 for '94?
Also, what is that color called?! I've tried to find another GT with it but ni luck just yet.
Thanks, I appreciate any help.
PS - What's the best way to clean the mags?

I concur, it's a 1994 model. The colour scheme is called Blue Splash.
