I need some help asap

So I just bought a kink mudrunner frame and I'm trying to use the forks off my 2018 kink curb it looks kinda funny when I put the forks on with the kink integrated headset it just sits into of the race where the unsealed bearings will set is this okay or do I need to buy different forks?

Unfortunately this is something you kinda of need a pic for which you can't post until you have 10 posts. All I can think of right now is either you're forks are either shorter or longer and you need some new spacers for your headset. But the forks should fit.
