I knew I forgot something on that list. I also went with the Jagwire Pro brake kit specifically for that reason as well.

I bought four tubes and three pairs of socks. Does that count?

Based on a recommendation here, bought Head water and wind proof runners gloves from Costco - cheap. Nice gloves.
yesterday ordered two Continental Gran Prix 5000 tubeless and two sets of Look’s latest pedals since my old Looks are over 30 years old and the bearings are starting to creak. 30 years and several tens of thousands of miles is pretty outstanding engineering and that’s why I went with Look again.

I have an AB oval chanring on my bike now, but it's not compatible with Shimano chains/cranks. Allegedly, XTR/XT/SLX 12 speed shifting is even better when a Shimano chain is used.
Pizzaiolo Americano
It shifts exceptionally well, especially under load. The chain length is a bit fiddly to get right though. It has to be longer than on an older Shimano or SRAM set up. I don't remember the exact method I used but, it is different.

it works well as is. The XT cassette made a big difference, even with the SRAM chain.

I have XT on my fat bike with a SRAM cassette because I can't find a micro spline freehub body for my wheels. It shifts decently but not as good as a full Shimano set up. Wish I could get the right freehub...All of the 12 speed stuff interchanges but IMO, it works better when it is all the same.

btw, a Shimano chain won’t work with SRAM chainrings.

For my wife's road bike, a ladies Terry Liberator Gel saddle, and for her mtn.bike, an inexpensive wireless cyclometer--which was very inexpensive, but works like a charm, much better than expected. We couldn't see putting an expensive cyclometer on a mtn.bike!

Picked up a set of Cheap be seen Bicycle Lights
I was looking for a set of be seen bicycle lights, front/rear. Found a set cheap on Amazon. They work ok and are USB rechargeable, lasting about 3 hrs.
