Want: a good condition 1960s-70s Peugeot 10 speed type bike. I'm in particular thinking a UO-8. My plan is to do an upright Porteur/Roadster conversion with fenders, upright bars, etc. Looking to buy a complete or almost complete bike. Let me know if you have one. Would also consider a Gitane or similar 1960s-70s era bike.

Have: Raleigh Dawn Tourist Denmark Model.

Mine isn't up for grabs, I just wanted to say that I support this endeavor. Have been really happy with mine, which turned into my daily commuter nearly 2 years ago now.

Colonel,

Not to get the hopes up but I think I have a line on a left black Modolo hood. It is at a bike shop, they only have the one. I will check to see if I have the facts right and pick it up if so.

Tomorrow is the big swap meet here, BAMF, so it will be monday before I get there.

This might be a bit of a long shot, but I'm looking for a pair of Shimano 7 speed bar end shifters. Also looking for Suntour, Dia Compe or Silver friction bar end shifters. PM me if you've got any.

A couple of long shots for me that are stalling two bike builds.

(1) For my mixte build, I'm looking for a pair of 7-speed bar end shifters but will take some highly functional Suntour friction barcons if I can get'em.
(2) Super hopeful on finding a set of Shimano SL-6208, 600EX, 6-speed SIS.

I have an ever growing pile of stuff for trade. Just let me know what you need.

Nice- that's basically where I am headed, though I think I'd want to throw fenders and one of those leather VO saddles on it too. I like the green ones and blue ones the best.

Yeah, mine now has SKS Longboard fenders, and I ended up putting Dia Compe inverse levers on the bars, as nothing else was giving me enough pull. Best of luck with your quest, Sir Mike!

Looking for 1 or 2 downtube shifter clamps, std 28.6 diameter, with the flats on them but not any pressed on stops. I need to use them for regular downtube shifters. The only thing I've found are these.

Have some campy downtube shifters and few other things.

I'm looking for chainring bolts for my TA cyclotouriste crankset. All the bolts holding my small chainring onto my large chainring decided to flee at once while I crossed the Williamsburg Bridge.

I've zip-tied them together temporarily but needless to say I cannot use my inner chainring until this is situation is amended.

Please PM.

If you don't get a PM respnse, Velo-Orange sells hardware kits that would work:
