Maxxis Hookworms, the BMX guys like how they hold the road when they’re doing tricks . Thought I’d try a set on my new Electra C1 . I’m liking them so far . When I go deep into a turn , I’ve been confident in them gripping and holding . They roll good for a 2.5” ballon tire too .
they look cool too .

I've had very good experience with the Giant Simple Road Star tires, which are made by Kenda. On pavement, lean them as hard and fast as you dare. Feels like motorcycle tires in a lean, very controllable and confidence inspiring.

I’ve had good luck with the Kenda City Slick Mountain Tire K838 Black 26x1.95" . It’s my go to tire most of the time .
I wanted a bike with a bigger ballon type tire without going to a fat tire bike . That’s why I gave the Maxxis a try . They are a stickier tire on pavement . But they come at a price . They’re double the cost of the Kendas and it takes more energy to make them go . But , they do what I wanted , they look cool , and may have cured my interest in a fat tire cruiser .
I have a pair of crime color K838’s on order . Not sure where they are going yet . I’d like to buy another Wheelset to mount them on and be able to just swap out wheels when I want .

I agree. A 2.125 would be nice , but the 1.9” are wider than I expected them to be .

The head light and rear light on that Schwinn are older Night Rider lights. Specifically, a Mako 100 in the front similar to this and the tail light is exactly this. They are good neighborhood riding lights and use AA and AAA batteries respectively.
On another bike I have a pair of lights from Planet Bike. Blaze 180SL headlight here and Grateful Red tail light here. I have the USB rechargeable versions. They are much brighter than the lights above, but are still neighborhood, path, or trail lights, IMO.

You need to define the surface you're riding on. Paved, off road, gravel, sand, wooden planks, etc.
I don't have a beach cruiser, but have found that the Protek Cross Max, and the Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires are generally durable, and have good traction, albeit a little heavy.
Schwalbe Marathon Plus comes in 26x2.0.
