Visit lots of shops, but my guess is that you'll end up having to direct-order from a manufacturer.

In the US at least, shops can order a Sun directly from their supplier.

I googled "Recumbent bicycles" and "Recumbent trikes" for Jo'burg, and the only thing that shows up are gym-type exercise recumbents. So you may have to bring one in from out of country.
