trikers are good citizens

Trikers are good citizens. When riding on streets when a see a nail, screw, or a small bolt that could cause a flat tire on a car or a bike, I reach down and pick it up. Setting as low as we do on a trike, it is easy to just reach down and pick up such junk.

Yes and sometimes I score a nice tool. We have a speed bump on our road near our house and I thing maintenance/construction workers leave stuff on bumpers, tool boxes, trailers, etc., some times a hammer or wrench and some times a box of screws all over the road.

Yes I too have found several tools that I kept.

Also my big find was a back pack with a laptop in in. It had fallen off of a local college professor's bike. I didnt even get a small reward.
