Very nice bike built after the Maschiaghi era but a very high performance bike. The weight of the bike itself itself indicates that the termachrom alloy was made to rivalize with titanium, carbon and high end alloy frames. Price of the frame alone back then was near 3000-4000€. Termachrom alloy was the successor of Nivacrom superceeding it on mecanichal and fatigue caracteristics. Considering the whole price of 1999$, it is an absolute steal

To close the loop -- the "fine print" showing the Reason For Editing does not show up when reading this thread on my phone.
I had the same problem and almost said something but then I thought I'd better check it out on a PC.

Aside from the mobile quirk, that's a pretty nifty way around the difficulties of posting facebook links.
