Are these Campagnolo hubs?
This set of wheels have the hubs not marked, they look like
C-Record hubs, but I don't think they are.
The skewers are Campagnolo.
Also the rims are not marked.
Anybody can help with the maker for hubs, rims and maybe the cassette?

Incomplete on the front notably- aluminum dust caps missing it appears- replacements might be sourced but…. I do not expect them to be inexpensive- be sure they have the formed wire retainer. Those were once a service part.

Rear might be a subordinate level hub.

I'm gonna say they're a Record or Chorus rear hub and possibly a Record Ti front hub both missing the oil port cover clips and front hub missing the dust caps.

The rims look to be mid 90's Mavic CXP 10-13 series rims I would agree the hubs are not Campy and refitted with campy parts look a lot like Mavic branded made buy who knows stuff.. Still a really nice set of wheel's if all is good

I think the front is a 9S Record hub, missing its black plastic dust caps.
Rear might be 9S Record but more likely either an older 8S affair or it's had its titanium axle replaced by a steel version.
Nuts on the quick releases should be silver with D-rings, not black.
Those 9S hubs are very rare so good luck finding the plastic caps

the front hub has a huge gap on the ends exposing the bearings at this point. So big that I would be looking for a replacement hub, finding those caps is going to be Vegas luck.

The front hub looks like Record, but the aero-style dust caps are missing. BTW: these are a PITA to remove for servicing. And they are hideously expensive to replace.
It also looks like there is a gap between the cone and outer locknut on the front hub, indicating that the cone is loose. This could cause major problems on your first ride. IIRC, if the loose cone is on the left, it will eventually tighten against the balls until the hub basically stops rotating and the balls, cups and cones are reduced to metal shavings.
The cassette is obviously a 8-speed Campy unit, with an aftermarket lockring. Hopefully the lockring is not alu, and tightened by your standard bike shop mechanic; it so, you may be chiseling and Dremeling it off to get the cassette off.
The rear hub could be Chorus or Record, with the center grease port. BTW: both grease port covers are MIA. I'm going to say with 90% certainty that it has an 8-speed freehub body, which considerably limits your cassette options. There is a small chance that this hub has the 9/10/11/12 speed spline pattern, and someone retrofitted an 8-speed conversion cassette onto it. But ... unlikely.
