Cheap 26" Disc-compatible fork?

Anyone know of a disc-compatible fork, preferably 1" steerer, that is rigid, steel, and cheap? I'm building my ultra-winter fixie and need a simple rigid fork that will fit on a Rockhopper, Stumpy, etc from the 80s/90s. I might be able to go 1 1/8 threadless if it's still cheap, but it has to be rigid.

Thanks.

You can't fit a 1 1/8" fork in a frame designed for a 1" headset. What frame is this going on?

I found this with a quick search:

1" with disc mounts is going to be pretty special. I doubt you'll find one much cheaper.

If your building a true fixie why the disc brake. Put a set of 700c flip flop wheels and a 700c fork in it and be done and if you need a brake use a front caliper. Most of the older frames weren't suspension corrected in that era of bike.
