Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

So much math.

You keep track every day? (computer or not)

Some days I can barely have the energy to figure out what I want to eat, much less keep track of everything.

When I want to drop weight, yes, I track daily (unless it's a long ride day, or something, where I couldn't possibly eat my way out of the caloric hole). The app that I use keeps tabs on stuff that I consume regularly and it'll autocomplete within a few keystrokes. Then I just adjust quantity, if necessary.

Imagine riding this up hills. (some of you will have to use more imagination than others).

I would imagine that they'd be at least somewhat selective with their routes serviced by these. Also, electric assist. This would be cool, though.

I made a Zwift meetup group ride for tomorrow morning. You can invite up to 50 followers. I invited 50 people but so far only 4 have responded.

It is, but this time of the year the angle of the sun in this region is too low to have a dominant effect when it’s really cold out. Old man winter is in charge now. Enjoy!

No.

And am I the only one who has really thought through how deficient the 23° sun angle explanation is when we're talking about something that's 92 MILLION MILES AWAY???

I think that winter is the gods' punishment upon us.

I'd be surprised if I've ever posted there.

I do remember posting in the Africa forum, simply because it looked lonely.

While you are waiting, I suggest you start a thread about it. Could add to the excitement.
