What tubulars on Ambrosio nemesis rims?
.....apart from the obvious...The pavé...
Im planning on running 22 mm Giros on them for training. Because they are cheap, the tires...

I was always very happy with Conti Sprinters. Good weight, great profile. Never got a flat on them (luck). Not too hard to mount, got to the point I could do it without getting my hands sticky.

Im mainly concerned that 22mm wont bring out the potential of the nemesis´ . or are 25mm maybe not what the producer had in mind as 25 mm was rare at the time. The rims are 21mm in outside measurements i think.

Weren't those rims favored for use on cobbles?
They were probably paired with Del Mundos, at 28mm.
+1 on Sprinters but they don't have the classic look for a vintage bike.
