Is there any benefit to climb with others who have a slower phase than you?

I feel like kinda relaxed at the top if I climb with others who are slower than me. Does it have any training value? Let's say if I'm slower than my own phase by 20-30%.

I think you meant to type "slower pace" but yours came out as "slower phase".

Everything has some training value.

It's not really possible to give you a sensible answer without your providing some context about what else you are doing. Climbing easy might be fine if it is part of a regimen that includes some harder stuff, and some much easier stuff. If it's the hardest effort you make all week, not so much.

If you're worried that you aren't incorporating hard enough intervals into your training, sprint away from your friends on the climbs, then turn around and descend to where they are, and sprint away from them again. You'll stay sociable and still get a tougher workout.

All I'd add is to go past them on the way down then turn around and try to beat them to the top.
