Avid BB7 Mountain w/ Apex Levers?
Howdy,
I have Apex road levers on my Space Horse Disc.
The ProMax 300R rear brake broke and last night I ordered Avid BB7 Mountain brakes as a replacement.
Now today after some retro-research I see that it is possible I should have ordered the Road version.
Does anyone know if the BB7 Mountain will work with the Apex levers?
Thanks!
Austin

too late this time, but do some reading on "long pull" and "short pull" brakes and levers to get it sorted out.
I have mtb BB7s on a bike I set up as a dropbar, and when I purchased my Gevenalle shifters/brake levers, I had to specify to get the "long pull" versions of them, to work with the long pull mtb BB7's. In general, mtb brake levers for flat bars etc are long pull, and road bike levers are nearly always short pull (but not exclusively)
