I have seen Vent Noirs in larger sizes, and they seem to have gotten the stiffness in a mixte right.

I got this one, frame only, on ebay a couple weeks ago. Literally just finished building it up yesterday. A little perplexed by the Huret dropouts but perhaps a Jubilee will be the way to go in the end.
