I was just glad I was only doing ten miles, it would have really gotten into my head if I'd have been going much further.

Day 27! Wow- 15mph wind and temp dropped about 20 degrees overnight and some wayward sprinkles of rain. Got it done just before the actual rain, thunder and lightning hit. This would have been a good indoor trainer ride but instead I got to test out some colder weather gear my wife bought me and it's top notch.

Day 28 got done this morning. Cold, rainy and windy and it looks like day 29 an 30 are going to be more of the same. Not thrilled but I've come this far so I'm gonna get it done.

We’ve got rain coming in this weekend , but I may take Friday off and do something with my brother for the first time since Covid.
So my consecutive days may end after tomorrow .
I can start a new streak ! 😃

I believe I have completed 30 days and intend to keep going as long as possible as I am really liking it! This morning was 34 degrees with heavy fog but I still got 8.36 miles in before work and an additional 3.3 during lunch.

In a worst case scenario there is an ancient Schwinn exercise bike in my basement. Hoping for nice weather!

Got day 29 today! Rainy, windy and wet again and probably tomorrow too. Tomorrow is day 30 so I could care less about weather but after day 30 I may resort to the bike on the trainer in the basement.

That's what I typically do during cold weather. Once the temperature drops down into the 40's I will put my bike on my trainer and ride for about 45 minutes or so.

Day 30!!! Been a good month, I feel better, I'm down over ten pounds and I'm back in the groove of cycling. I consider this to have been a success.

Congrats, but don't stop now! Try doing it every day, or at least 5 times a week.
