Hello from FL!

Hey everyone, I’m trying to get some help regarding some of these bikes and if you’ve ever had these bikes.
At 5’11” and 273lbs.. a lot of bikes are not available for me at this stage. I’ve lost 20lbs over the past 4 months and ideally am trying to get to 190.

The bike i really wanted was Marin Muirwood RC but they’re not in stock

so i'm currently looking at

Priority Continuum Onyx - weight limit 275 - i really like that it has an alfine gearhub and gates carbon chain - LOW maintenance. and hydraulic brakes - $1100

Breezer Cafe - 300 - hydraulic brakes is a good touch.. Most expensive at $1200 but has that supple life with the 650b!!! I think supple life is good

Felt Broam 30/40 - 300 - mechanical disk brakes - also drop bars which i don't know how i feel.. i want to a more up right riding position - 2020 models available - $1100

Salsa Journeyman Sora - 355 (with gear) - mechanical disk brakes - same thing.. drop bar.. but weight limit puts me at ease.. not that i am planning to gain weight. New models won’t come out till early 2021 - $1100

Giant Fastroad SL 3 — $800- i love the style of the bike.. but i can't find the weight limit on giant's website. I don't know if the fastroad SL3 is a "condition 2" or "condition 1" I called the shop and they said 270 should be fine on the bike.. Condition 1 has a limit of 275lbs vs Condition 2 is rated at 300lbs

if I get any of these bikes.. What are the first things I should do to ensure I won’t be breaking anything..

I’m thinking as my first nice bike.. I’ll get the Giant .. It’s also the cheapest at $800 and one has it locally.. but I’m drawn to the plush ride of the 650b Breezer

would a thicker 650b style tire even fit the giant
