Does toptube-downtube "V" mean it's medium size? (in diamond frame)
Looking at an ad for a first-gen Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo diamond-frame MTB. The bike is 120 miles away. I thought it was a medium frame size because the toptube-downtube junction has a sharp "V" shape, but the seller sent me a photo showing that the seat tube really is 19" long, which size charts say is for riders over 6' tall. He says he's 5'10" and the bike is a little small for him. I'm 5'8" and need a commuter bike. Is this bike too big for me? Are there other measurements I should ask for, to check for a decent fit and avoid a wasted trip? (Is there an app/website that calculates measurements from photos?)
