what are you glad is still being made?
This might have been covered previously (link please), but no reason not to rehash it again!
I'm guessing many of us here have stashes of various sizes of our favo(u)rite parts because so much being made new is ugly and chintzy. But there are a few good things still, miraculously, being made and as useful as 20, 30, 40 years ago...
So, Q: What cycle parts true to our CV sense are you glad are still made (and maybe stocking up on, a little, in case)?
I'll start with MKS Sylvan pedals (MKS used on all my cycles)! A plus with these is it's pretty much required to have an enjoyable regreasing & adjustment service before you use them - a true pleasure!
I'll also add: Sram PC-8xx chains (the Sedisport descendant), Mirrycle original mirrors, Tange Levin headsets (and LN-3922 bottom brackets), Christophe toeclips & straps... well I'd better leave something for others.
Feel free to wax poetic on the above, or add your own 'thank goodness...' items.

27" tires! The pickings are getting slimmer every year, and are pretty much a mail-order-only item these days, but I can still get both 27x1-1/8 and -1-1/4 tires that three of my four 'road' bikes take...

I second the nomination of MKS pedals and Cinelli 1A stems and bars. I recently bought a brand new Cinelli bar and stem and found the quality and finish were super and the clamp is now 26mm so you can mix with some other brands. Also bought some MKS "Prime" pedals which look right at home on a C&V bike, allowing me to save my Campys for later.

Nitto (esp the Pearle stems!), Sugino, Tange (in enough varieties that you can mix and match and come up with all sorts of stack heights plus they are cheap enough to make that feasible).
Exustar makes a slotted traditional cleat that fits on new (LOOK compatible) shoes and are easily as good as the old Pavarins.
I wish Shimano would go back to making the wonderful 600 semi-platform pedals. (With very minor modifications, easily the best pedal for road fix gear use with slotted cleats. PM me or quote this post if you want me to tell you how to modify them. No permanent changed are made, all is completely reversible. I've been using that modification about 30,000 miles and got reminded again today how nice it works.)
