Best Fast London Hybrid - Boardman, Giant or Whyte

Best Fast London Hybrid - Boardman, Giant or Whyte
Hi,
I am looking for a great hybrid bike, built to be fast and perfect for London's streets. I have narrowed my choice down to 3! They are:
Whyte Portobello £799
Giant Rapid 0 £999 or 1 £875
Boardman Team Hybrid £700
All of the above have a larger size 50 chainset, carbon forks, disc brakes, and pannier mounts. They also either come with 28 tyres or I'd be prepared to upgarde them.
I have discounted the Marin Fairfax SC3, the Trek Zektor 2, and Specialised an Canondale.
Any thoughts on those 3 top choices, which is best and which would you choose?
