No, I can't
I don't have the right system on my home computer which is too old and now tried the public library but it doesn't have an adobe licence. Will update when I can make it work.
I spent over an hour scanning about 10 magazines and now I can't load the photos!!! I did all the photos as Adobe and I guess I'd have had better luck with jpegs.

This is going to be a bit.
For now here is at least a single shot. Unfortunately I picked one of the rougher condition magazines to start with.

I have viewed these at Cycling Passions website
They have a number of French cycling publications for each of the TdFs, plus a number of other events and special editions (scroll down the right-hand side of the page)
The Miroir Sprint for the 1949 TdF
Cycling Passions: Tour de France - 1949 - MS
Click on any image and it will be displayed at better resolution, with thumbnails down the bottom of the page.
Right mouse click on the image and you can open it in a new tab, and then click on that image again to display at maximum resolution.

Damn!
And I thought I'd found lost treasure
Well here are some others, unsure how to search your linked page. I borrowed about 50 mags from a friend. Not all are Tdf
Very impressed by the cover, Géminiani looks focused.....
