To call Cinelli's design a knock off of FSA is kind of funny though. You've made no attempt to mask your bias.

3T ARX Team stem + 3T Ergosum/Ergonova Team bar. They even do customized colors beyond the normal red or black (stealth).
My next choice would be Zipp combo in their "Beyond Black" finish. Very classy.
For retro look, the Ritchey Classic in polished silver is killer, but I don't think it applies here.
I found the Easton and Deda stuff have too much going on with all the graphics.
While very few will pay attention to your stem/bar combo, you will be staring at them a lot and it's definitely worth getting the right look even if it's for yourself. But I am OCD, YMMV.
BTW, given the very small difference in weight, I would go with alloy on both.

I agree with this choice. I would change just one thing - for looks alone, I prefer 3T Rotundo.
