carboload. chow pasta, potatos, brown rice, etc like it's going out of fasion. if i was u, i'd ask the mtnbikers in the mtnbiker forum. they gotta know this stuff.

Obviously you have never had Sobe No Fear. Even half a can of that stuff turns me into a humming bird and I'm not tinny and I'm very rarely hyper normally. Also what other guys said a good biking vid just makes you want to ride and then some hard music usualy pumps you up while your out there.
