Using different pedals on single bike.

Has anybody used different pedals on single bike? Currently, I have Look Keo Blade, but I can buy just one Garmin Vector 3 pedal with powermeter. In result my setup will be Garmin on non-drive side and Look Keo on a drive side.

Having two different pedal/cleat systems means that stack height will be different between right and left.

Stack height is distance from center of pedal spindle to bottom surface of shoe.

Saddle height is usually adjusted if stack height increases or decreases. Saddle height won't be correct for either or both legs if stack height is different between right and left.

Bad idea. Wait till you can afford an actual pair of pedals. While you might be able to correct leg length with shims if you really were meticulous about it, clipping in and out will be different on both sides, which Is an accident waiting to happen. A jury-rigged setup kinda defeats the whole purpose of training with a power meter, don’t you think !?!

But, it’s your bike...

You mean right one is different, from a different company on a road bike ..

Not a road bike, not a Garmin high tech data gathering dependent cyclist,

but my Brompton came with only a left folding pedal , the right one does not fold, so they are different..

Garmin sells the single-side power meter so I would assume people are using them with Look Keos on the drive side.

Garmin single sided vector pedals are sold as a pair of pedals, but power is measured on one side only.
