New Bike Day! Novarra Forza
Recently sold my Schwinn Sierra for $80 (paid $40 + 36 for new tires). Decided I wanted another commuter so I got this Novarra Hybrid. I was a little disappointed to see it had front suspension but despite that it is MUCH lighter and I can go faster on it. There's a sign in front of my neighborhood on a flat section that measures your speed. I could only max 20 mph with the Schwinn but I hit 26 MPH on the Forza! So technically I was breaking the speed limit on my bike! (25 mph). Anyway it seems much lighter than just 5 lbs lighter but that's what the specs say. So far very happy!
