New bike. I don't know what I have or what it's worth. Please help!!

I liquidate estates and I recently acquired a yellow vintage bike with sakae road champion handlebars, a carbon frame with shimano, sutton, and super 10 decals, shimano dues ace rear derailers, and my Christopher pedals. The serial number on the bottom bracket says R2L949 and the inside front gearing plate has the number 40 is a circle with a Japanese character... Can someone please tell me where this came from or what its worth.

Pics OH a carbon steel frame. Looks like a nice recreational bike. Tuned up and ready to ride it might be worth $50-100 depending on your market. As is $20-30
