The girls Stingrays are always kind of a hard sell in my area. If its very clean with original parts 200 at tops.

I bought one used in 1972 for $25. at a Schwinn store.
stripped it, mitered in a tube about half way up the down tube, had it welded in, painted it yellow, new saddle, loop cut off, struts to the inside, big fender washers to protect the vinyl, tractor front tire, satin black fork... rat trap pedals..
A proto BMX bike before there was a BMX craze.
Sold it at a profit.
The 1-3/4" rims were actually a plus.

Rode it to Junior high, a guy in the grade above had a Raleigh International, I would wait for him to pass, he lived a block beyond. Oh, he always was bewildered that I could keep up no matter what he did.
He lived in the big ring, and had ditched the toe clips... I would take a shot about 1/4 mile from school- he was always spent.
Drafting, and training 200 miles a week on my road bike - he was strong, but not bike smart.
If I had employed toe clips and straps, he would never had been even close.

Girls bikes are always a tough sell. find a mismatched boys frame, and transfer the parts, worth more and will sell faster. Give the buyer the girls frame.
