2002 Raleigh Professional

What's a decent price for a 2002 Raleigh Pro? Frame is tig welded Columbus Zona. Came stock w/ 10 speed Campy Chorus. Everything original except for the Mavic
wheels

That'd be $550 --- sounds about right

Quality steel frame with Chorus and nice wheelset. The right buyer would look at that as a bargain ---

But then again , high end somewhat late model steel can be tough to move -- Ive had a Pinarello Opera with 10 speed Dura Ace for sale off and on for a while and would take $500 for it gladly

Clean with good tires and nicely working drivetrain , brifters with no issues I would agree $500-600 is a fair price. This is a fairly high end bike with full 10 speed Campy group so I wouldn't consider this pricing optimistic. One could likely part the Campy group out for close to that much with a bit of effort.
