Any riders with a Medtronic Azure XT SR MRI pacemaker?

I had a Medtronic Azure XT SR MRI pacemaker implanted in December 2018 and am struggling to get back into the groove. Anyone else out there with this device? I have an AV block and am paced all the time. I only have one lead into the lower chamber.

My "Activities of daily living" setting is 70 - 120 bpm and "Exercise" setting is 156 bpm. However, when I bike the HR does not go above 120.

I am a 52 year old male, 5' 8" tall, 164 lbs...used to ride 50 miles every Saturday, run 6 - 8 miles 2 - 3 times a week. Everything is now at a standstill...

Have you resumed riding?

Heart rate is reasonable, and that you don't go above 120 when cycling says you're in great shape.

I have a Medtronic Activia SC Brain Pacemaker!
Xray to give an idea

Autonomic dysfunction, so it helps me with all sorts of stuff. I managed to go out Sunday fora 65-mile ride. (Max heart rate at 165 hill-climbing, Cardiologist, has given me the green light up to 170).

So talk with your Cardiologist, but exercise is a good thing.
